EPICx Call Center

EPICx Call Center – is an introductory level version of EPICx Contact Center designed for organizations that want an entry level telephony and/or call center solution that can grow with the organization. EPICx Call Center is designed for organizations ranging from 5-30 agents. It delivers inbound only call center services and is intended to meet the needs of companies that require a simple, affordable call center without advanced routing, CRM integration, and eMail or Chat capabilities. Migration from call center to contact center functionality can be accomplished through simple software licensing.
