Easyrun & Telrad Tenecs Partnership
In a joint venture, EasyRun Inc. has paired with Telrad Tenecs to establish interoperability between EPICCenter and unite operating platforms. The EPICCenter is a comprehensive and robust solution for small-to-medium Contact Centers. The EPICCenter employs highly sophisticated routing capabilities (skills, rules, and statistical) with Interactive Voice Response (IVR), an extensive Management Information Software (MIS) package with real-time dynamic programmable monitoring, and a historical reports application with a built-in generator (predefined, customized, and per-formula). EPICCenter solution also includes the Agents positions with tools that allow easier interactions with callers, and a Web application (e-mail, chat, and Voice over IP (VoIP)) for multimedia centers, and optional interactions with CRM applications.
