JUPITER, Fla., June 13 /PRNewswire/ -- EasyRun, Inc., specialists in contact center software development, has announced the release of EPICCenter v4.0, the firm's latest solution for multimedia Small-to-Medium Contact Centers (SMCC). Originally based in Israel, the company also recently established corporate headquarters in Florida to support its business commitment and EPICCenter dealer network in the United States.

According to EasyRun president, Don Akerberg, the new software release offers a complete multimedia (voice, email, fax and web) management solution primarily targeted toward contact centers ranging in size from 10-100 seats. However, the software is scalable to centers with 250 agents or more.
