Easyrun is celebrating three successful years of activity and sales of the EPICCenter and EPICLite worldwide

It seems a long time since EasyRun sold its first EPICCenter in the USA, but in actuality it's been only 3 years, and since then, Easyrun with our dedicated channel partners and resellers, have sold over 150 systems, all over the world. Most of the EPICCenter systems were installed in the USA, however the sales are definitely not only limited to that region. Australia, the Middle East and Latin America are other regions in which Easyrun has distribution channels that have already sold and installed systems.

However the most recent and most promising activity is in Western Europe, which only started six months ago. Distribution channels are under continual development, and currently only covers the United Kingdom, Italy and the Scandinavia. Currently over ten systems have already been sold and installed in Italy, Sweden and Turkey.

It is not surprising, due to the nature of Easyrun products, that there is no specific vertical market to which EPICCenter and EPICLite are sold. This can be illustrated by sales to the financial industry such as banks and credit unions, to local and federal governments, from the US Fish and Wildlife Department and the city of Hialeah in south Florida as well as to the Department of Defense in Australia. The health, insurance and entertainment industries, help desks and service organizations are all well presented in the customer portfolio. Systems can range from 10 CSR's, with simple inbound routing, to 100 or more CSR's, with skill based routing, sophisticated IVR and self service and integration with 3rd' party applications.

During the past three years EasyRun has developed a strategic relationship with 3COM, who is a leading provider of IP telephony, by evolving from one of many Solution Providers to a full and successful OEM relationship for the EPICLite, known as the 3COM eXchange Call Center. This has enabled Easyrun to address new opportunities in the USA market and the rest of the world. 3COM's CSO is already offering, through sales and install EPICCenter in the USA, Latin America and Europe.

Easyrun is looking forward for the year 2004. We are committed to expanding and improving our products, to explore new partnerships and opportunities and most important, to support our partners and to work with them hand in hand for mutual success.
